Items included in the consolidated list of products of the Customs Union shall comply with the requirements of the Common Customs Union at the border. Providing the documentation of the sanitary and hygienic safety, is needed only when the Sanitary coordination is required (violation of the integrity of packaging goods or vehicle, the availability of information that compromises the load discrepancy information accompanying documents and cargo).
Expert opinion usually contains the following information:
- Sanitary and hygienic characteristics of products;
- Name of product, information about it;
- Information about the manufacturer of products;
- Scope of the product;
- Certificate of compliance with sanitary requirements.
Admissible expert conclusions of several types:
- Hygienic (hygienic) examination;
- Country of origin (Certificate of Origin);
- The amount of ozone (ozone judgment);
- Substances of alcohol;
- Import bill;
